Disk-to-Disk-to-Tape - Innovative Disk-to-Disk-to-Tape (D2D2T) option to shorten backup and restore times and to create granular tiered storage policies. Arkeia Network Backup Version 6.0 options including Media Server for SAN, Remote Drive Management for LAN and integrated VTL are available in October 2006. Media Server for SAN begins at RM3, 800 per SAN attached server; Remote Drive Management begins at RM1, 900 per managed drive; and integrated VTL is free up to 1TB and is then priced based on VTL size starting at RM9, 500 up to 5TB.
